ISN Graduate Trainee Program

My experience with the ISN Medical Graduate Trainee Program has been a major part of my professional growth.

The program gave me the opportunity to rotate through Sales, Marketing, Laboratory Management Services (LMS), and Sales Operations, allowing me to understand different aspects of the diagnostics business. I also had the opportunity to work on real projects, engage with customers, support product campaigns, and develop my product and communication skills.

Beyond the technical knowledge, the program helped me build confidence, take initiative, and discover where my strengths lie.

I am grateful for the opportunity, the support from the ISN team, and the experience that has shaped me into a more confident healthcare professional.

The ISN Graduate Trainee Program gave me the opportunity to learn and grow through rotations in Procurement, Sales Operations, Demand Planning, and Logistics. The exposure to different aspects of the business enhanced my skills, work ethic, and understanding of healthcare operations.

I am grateful to the management, mentors, and colleagues who contributed to my development, and I am excited to continue building on the foundation the program provided.

My experience with the ISN Medical Graduate Trainee Program has been a significant part of my professional growth. Coming from a background in Pure and Applied Chemistry, the program gave me the opportunity to explore different areas of the healthcare business and gain a broader understanding of how an organization operates.

The different rotations challenged me to adapt, take initiative, and work with people across functions, while strengthening my communication, problem-solving, and business skills. Most importantly, the experience gave me greater clarity about my strengths and the direction I want my career to take.

As a Graduate Trainee at ISN Medical, I had the opportunity to rotate through various functions within the Supply Chain department, gaining valuable exposure to procurement, demand and supply planning, and warehouse operations.

The programme provided me with a strong foundation of both practical experience and professional exposure, preparing me for the next stage of my career. I particularly appreciated the hands-on approach of the programme, as I was entrusted with practical tasks and responsibilities that allowed me to contribute meaningfully even as a trainee.
