One-step rapid immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of human haemoglobin in stool (faecal) specimens. Used as a screening aid for the detection of gastrointestinal bleeding, which may indicate colorectal cancer, polyps, ulcers, or other lower GI disorders. Unlike guaiac-based methods, this immunological test is specific to human haemoglobin and does not require dietary restrictions prior to testing. Cassette format with visual readout.
