ISN Graduate Trainee Program gave me the opportunity to switch from conventional laboratory practice to the world of business. The program sharpened my work ethics and transferable skills which have positioned me as a distinguished Medical Lab Scientist. The job rotations in different departments exposed me to a variation of work experiences having to be coached by professional supervisors and mentors. It was indeed an honour to be a part of this life changing opportunity.

My experience with the ISN Medical Graduate Trainee Program has been a major part of my professional growth.

The program gave me the opportunity to rotate through Sales, Marketing, Laboratory Management Services(LMS), and Sales Operations, allowing me to understand different aspects of the diagnostics business.
