Economical water purification system for medium-throughput clinical analysers, producing Clinical Laboratory Reagent Water (CLRW) that complies with CLSI guidelines. Combines patented Elix® electrodeionisation (EDI) technology with pretreatment, reverse osmosis, UV lamp treatment (254 nm bactericidal), and final 0.22 µm filtration. Produces up to 300 L of CLRW-quality water daily, with a production flow rate of 15 L/h to the reservoir and a dispensing flow rate of up to 2 L/min to the analyser. Self-regenerating ion exchange resins eliminate the need for costly resin regeneration. Includes full monitoring with up to six months of water quality archiving for accreditation traceability (e.g., CAP, ISO 15189). Compact footprint enables wall, bench, under-bench, or cart installation.
